The League will conduct a League meet, making every effort to avoid conflicts with other invitational meets and also with scheduled League soccer and volleyball games.
League meets shall have separate “A” and “B” versions of each event.
Unless stated otherwise, League meets follow the rules of the Michigan Lutheran State Cross Country Meet.
The top three finishers in each class (AB, BB, AG, BG) will earn medals.
If possible, course stewards will be placed at turns on the course. Participating schools may be asked to assist with this task.
The course length is 2 miles.
The location of the League meet rotates among schools with suitable courses available that are willing to host.
